MATERIAVIVA · INVISACOOK

Privacy notice

Updated: 29 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-29.2

Who controls your data

The controller is Materiaviva Srl, Via E. Barsanti n. 11, 37139 Verona (VR), Italy, VAT number 05131870239. For questions or to exercise your rights: info@materiaviva.design. This website presents Invisacook for the Italian and Swiss markets.

Browsing and security

Cloudflare Pages hosting processes technical data such as IP addresses, page requests, timestamps and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in service availability and security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). PostHog and Microsoft Clarity are not active on this website.

Information requests

We process your name, email, phone number, country, province or canton, customer type, any VAT/UID number, selected product, message and request language, plus submission metadata. Required fields are needed to handle your request; without them the form cannot be submitted. Please avoid sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.

We use the data to reply and, where requested, prepare a possible business relationship. The basis is precontractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other enquiries, the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). Replies may be automated and provide your local contact: we do not forward your data to external dealers. This geographical matching does not produce legal or similarly significant decisions.

Invisacook newsletter

Subscription is optional and separate from enquiries. With your consent, Materiaviva emails news and offers exclusively about Invisacook. This choice does not authorise newsletters about other products. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Withdraw it at any time using the link in every newsletter or by contacting us; earlier lawful processing remains unaffected.

We use the email, country, province/canton and customer type entered in the form, with records of your choice and address confirmation. Mailchimp manages subscription, confirmation and unsubscribe requests. You can contact us without subscribing.

Recipients

Authorised Materiaviva staff and necessary providers may access the data: Web3Forms (Web3Creative) receives and forwards forms, Mailchimp handles newsletters, Cloudflare provides hosting and security, and business email providers deliver messages. Web3Forms also uses infrastructure and spam filtering providers, which may process submitter IP addresses and emails. Authorities may receive data where required by law. Data is not published or sold.

International transfers

These services may process data outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland, particularly in the United States and India. Web3Forms operates from India and also identifies infrastructure in Germany and Finland and global networks. Mailchimp and Cloudflare use international infrastructure and subprocessors; their lists are accessible through the documentation below.

Depending on the recipient and service, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework for covered US recipients, or standard contractual clauses with relevant Swiss adaptations and any necessary supplementary measures. Contact us for information about recipients, processing countries or copies of safeguards.

Retention

For closed enquiries with no ongoing negotiations, Materiaviva retains the emails and enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from the last reply, so that the enquiry can be reconstructed if the same person contacts us again. These data are deleted at the end of that period. New Web3Forms submission copies have a configured retention of 30 days from submission, a different period from email retention. This setting does not delete older submissions or all providers’ technical copies.

Ongoing negotiations are retained as needed to handle them; contractual relationships also entail applicable legal retention duties. Newsletter data is used while consent remains valid and the purpose current, with periodic review of retention needs. After withdrawal, mailings stop; only minimum information needed to honour unsubscribes, document consent or protect rights may be retained for a period justified by those purposes.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may always object to direct marketing. Contact info@materiaviva.design: GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to permitted extensions.

You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or the competent authority. For processing subject to Swiss law, the corresponding rights apply and you may contact the FDPIC. We do not perform advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Updates

The date and version identify this notice. We update it when services or purposes change and obtain new consent where necessary. Materiaviva retains previous versions.
